Our Story
Construction has always been a part of our family. As a second-generation general contractor, Tyler Cornelius was introduced to the trade at an early age, learning firsthand the importance of craftsmanship, responsibility, and doing the job right the first time.
Tyler began working in construction professionally in 1993, gaining decades of hands-on experience across residential projects before founding Tyler Cornelius Construction LLC in 2004. The company was built on the same values passed down through family and reinforced over years in the field: honesty, clear communication, and pride in quality work.
Today, Tyler remains closely involved in every project — from planning and estimating to execution and final walkthrough — ensuring each job reflects the standards the company was built on.
